Refund policy

Return Policy:

Returns can be requested for up to 7 days after the item is received, and are for store credit ONLY. All item(s) must be returned in original condition, and all items purchased new with tags must be returned with tags still attached and in unworn condition.

We reserve the right to not accept returns that do not meet our standards, and they will be sent back to you.

How do I request a return?

Returns can be requested at p2@penelope.garden Please e-mail with your order number and your reason for return, and someone will respond to you within 24 hours. 

Returns will be analyzed on a case by case basis. Please do not send your item(s) back without reaching out to initiate a return.

Store credit will be provided via email for the total of the item(s) minus the shipping cost, and will be issued when the return is received back in our possession.
